Privacy notice
This notice explains how your registration details for Future Forum, presented by Presight, are used. Registration is operated on Presight’s behalf by Omada Live.
What we collect
Your name, email address, mobile number, company, job title and, if you choose, the topics you want to explore.
Why
- To confirm your place and email your personal pass and QR code.
- To check you in and print your badge at the venue.
- To suggest which participating companies you may want to meet. Only your job title and chosen topics are used for this.
- To give Presight live registration numbers and the guest list for the event.
Where your data is kept
Your details are stored in Microsoft Azure data centres in the United Arab Emirates (UAE North). Your QR code contains only a random code, never your personal details. The event assistant runs in the UAE and does not receive your name or contact details.
Who can see it
Named members of the Presight and Omada Live event teams, through a secured dashboard that records who viewed or exported data.
How long we keep it
Only for as long as needed for the event and agreed follow-up reporting, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
To correct, cancel or delete your registration, reply to your confirmation email.
